To Gain Access to the A360 Vault Portal For Assistants
With your Advisor please follow these steps:
Step 1: Have your Advisor log into the Aligned360 Vault account
Step 2: Select the name in the top right corner and choose the account that states “Administrator”
Step 3: Click on the User Tab and then Select “Add New User +”
Step 4: Fill out the form and click “Save”
To Gain Access to the Advisor’s Personal Vault
Have the Advisor follow these steps after being set up in the Advisor Portal:
Step 1: Have your Advisor log into the Aligned360 Vault account and select the “Personal” account
Step 2: Add a new contact with the same email address used for the administrator account.
Step 3: Go to contacts and add permissions to that newly created contact.
Note: if an Administrator already had Trusted Advisor access with a previous email, please remove the old contact and create a new contact with the same email used for the administrative access.
